Projection testing

In our music video we decided that we wanted to feature projections. To see if they would fit aesthetically and if we liked the overall appearance of them we tried some out before we started filming. The images we tested were of water, flowers and sunsets. after finding the images on google we opened them up in photoshop- adjusting the brightness. Then we printed them onto acetate; allowing us to project the images with no issues. 

After deciding that we liked the overall look of the projections we thought that having Millie in a white top was restricting to the quality of our projected image.Due to this we concluded on having millie without a top and just her bare back on show- this allowed the projector to have a blank canvas creating a better image as the colours convey better on skin rather than the white. 

After testing these images we also decided that wed like a moving projection incorporated in our video too.
